The hotel has been just been acquired by William Ryan, a fifth generation hotelier. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has a real appreciation of great cuisine and fine wine. William is an Inner West local and wants to create a comfortable venue for you to relax in and enjoy while downing a few.
We're proud to announce Dropfest. A short film extravaganza hosted every Tuesday by a panel of celebrity judges. So, bring your thirsty selves along with any short films you would like to screen to our captive audience. There are some great prizes and lots of fun to be had.
